No Returns or Refunds
Heat & Thread operates in compliance with Florida Statute § 501.142. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges on any orders.
This policy applies to all products sold through heatandthread.shop.
Why We Have This Policy
Every item we produce is custom-made to order. Your shirts are pressed individually with your chosen design, colors, and sizing at the time of your order. Because each product is made specifically for you, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Under Florida law (§ 501.142(2)), custom-made goods are expressly exempt from standard return requirements.
What This Means for You
- All sales are final at the time of purchase.
- No cash refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be issued.
- This policy applies to all shirt styles, sizes, and design packages.
Before You Order
We want you to be completely confident in your order before you place it. We strongly encourage you to:
- Double-check your size selections using the sizing information provided.
- Review your design, placement, and color choices carefully in the quote tool before adding to cart.
- Reach out to us with any questions prior to ordering.
Exceptions for Our Errors
If your order arrives with a defect or error caused by us — such as a misprinted design, wrong item shipped, or a pressing defect — we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos documenting the issue.
