Heat & Thread is a local custom t-shirt printing business serving Volusia and Seminole County, Florida. All orders are made by hand and fulfilled locally. At this time we do not offer standard shipping — all orders are fulfilled via local delivery or local pickup only.
Local Delivery
- Available within our service area in Volusia and Seminole County, Florida
- A flat delivery fee is applied at checkout
- Delivery is same day the order is completed and ready — not same day from the time of placement
- We will coordinate a delivery window with you directly after your order is ready
- Delivery is made personally by us — not through a third-party carrier
Local Pickup
- Free of charge
- Available by appointment once your order is completed and ready
- We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup
Order Turnaround
- All products are custom-made to order and pressed by hand
- Turnaround time varies based on order size and current volume
- Single orders are generally completed faster than bulk orders
- You will be notified when your order is ready
Bulk Orders
- Orders of 10 or more shirts may require additional production time
- We will communicate an estimated completion date for large orders at the time of purchase or shortly after
Order Tracking
Because all fulfillment is handled locally and personally, we do not use carrier tracking numbers. You will be updated directly via the contact information provided at checkout.

We currently serve customers in and around:
- Volusia County, Florida (including Deltona and surrounding areas)
- Seminole County, Florida (including Altamonte Springs and surrounding areas)
