1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of heatandthread.shop and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Heat & Thread is based in Volusia and Seminole County, Florida.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products are custom-made to order. By submitting an order you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed your design, sizing, placement, and quantity selections
  • You understand that all sales are final (see our Return & Refund Policy)
  • You own or have the rights to any artwork or design files you submit

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content that is offensive, hateful, obscene, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout
  • We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at checkout

4. Order Processing & Turnaround

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled locally by hand
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume
  • You will be contacted if there is a significant delay with your order
  • Same-day local delivery is available on completed orders only, not from the time of placement

5. Local Delivery

  • Local delivery is available within our service area in Volusia and Seminole County, Florida
  • Delivery is fulfilled same day the order is completed and ready
  • A flat delivery fee applies at checkout
  • Delivery windows are coordinated directly with the customer

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Heat & Thread branding, designs, and site content are our property
  • By submitting artwork or design files, you represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that content
  • We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heat & Thread is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order or use of our site
  • Errors in customer-submitted artwork or design files
  • Delays outside of our control (weather, supplier issues, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. No Returns or Refunds

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia or Seminole County, Florida.

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
